Hi, I just cam across your post saying that you are researching symptomatic carriers. I would be VERY interested in hearing what you have found out because that may be my daughter’s situation. Her 17 ohp level after ACTH stimulation went up to the carrier range, but she definately has androgen excess and has also had symptoms of low adrenal levels (low blood pressure, orthostatic hypotension, fatigue). I’m considering genetic testing for her so that we will know exactly what we are dealing with, as it is really confusing to not have a definitve diagnosis.
