Funny - I have LOCAH and if you look at pictures of me as a kid, I was a lot darker then and am paler now. Also developed sun sensitivity. I’ve never thought of it being related to my LOCAH though. Do not have "splotchiness" as I think Debbie was describing (except for a case of freckles on my BELLY!).
