I am also from India. Do u live in India? My son has SWCAH. Recently I asked the same question to my endo. as I noticed some black spots in my son’s skin specially in the legs and thies. Doctor said that hyperpigmentation is due to over secretion of ACTH. He says that these spots appear more on exposed area. He asked me to watch  for some time. If they increase he will adjust the HC dose.
