I was on 1.5mg of Dex with both of my pregnancies.  I have one son who has SW CAH.  I also had CVS with both pregnancies.  It was not a problem and very minimal pain. 

I did not like they way the Dex made me feel but at the time I was glad to have taken it.  Now it is so controversial so I don’t know what I would have done.  I was just at the Endo Conference in Boston,one of the big CAH researchers in San Fran hates the dex. Treatment.  If you want more info call the cares foundation and speak to Erin.  She may have the details on why he is so aginst the treatment.  Although we all know there will always be people who say do it and some that say don’t.
