Florinef is a mineralocorticoid replacement and ususally is not used for LOCAH patients nowdays. However,  labs of renin activity are highly recommended to make sure is not needed. I have a 8 years old daughter with low CAH and we discontinued her florinef by the recommendations from NIH.
