I take .5 of Dex - have taken as low as .25 - but went into crisis because it wasn’t enough. With the pills I am able to take .425 - but I now take the Dexamethasone elixir (Morton Grove brand)  because the brand of pills that I took (PAR)fofr 25 years is no longer being made and I cannot take Roxanne brand (it makes me dizzy)....I am thrilled with how well the elixir works for me - I have been on it for 1 1/2 years (thanks to someone on the board mentioning it )- but with the liquid I need to take .5 - though I don’t find I need to stress dose as often on the liquid and I can easily measure very small amounts - unlike the pills.
