Hello,  I have  a 4yr.old daughter w/swcah.  She will be starting pre-k on the 1st of Aug.  Im a little nervous.  I was wondering if anyone has a good informative letter they use for school nurses, teachers etc.  I know my endo. probably has something but just thought I would ask.  A letter from another mom might be a little more personable.  Anyways, if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate.  My email address is doysteresa@bellsouth.net.
