When mine 1st started school & he is now 9 yrs old with SWCAH 4th grade his endo prepared me  a letter for school.  It had all the info on it plus all the endo’s emergency info as well. I made everyone in the family, sitters etc. a copy and had them laminated.  Has worked wonderful.

Cares Foundation has a great letter also . Ask  your endo.
