I always wonder about the sweating thing too.  My 10 month old has SWCAH and he sweats a lot.  We also live in MD where the summers are hot and humid.  I take a sippy cup filled with water wherever we go and offer it to him all the time.  So far we haven’t had an adrenal crisis, although he’s had to go to the emergency room twice for vomitting and we just wanted to make sure everything was okay.  (Maybe it was the beginning of a crisis.)  The excessive sweating always worries me b/c I fear he could have a crisis if he gets dehydrated.  I really have no advice.  I just wanted to reply that I have a son with the sweating problem too.
