Taking an extra Florinef is something that never ocurred to me.  Our ped endo has only mentioned extra Cortef.  I will have to ask because every night lately my daughter is cranky and miserable-almost like her meds are out of whack.  She drinks alot of fluids and is only outside for short periods of time in this weather.  I think I also noticed a growth spurt-you know when suddenly your child seems taller!  Also, she is definitely going through hormonal changes even though she is only 10.
