Please get a medical alert bracelet on your child. Emergency personel do not look on car seat for medical information (In a perfect world they would find it, EMT’s are trained to look at necks, wrists and ankles).

In-style medical alert jewerly (on the web)  have great products for children. Put it on an ankle and it is less noticed by the kido.

We put our kido’s bracelet on over his sock.
