I will be having my first baby at the end of August.  I plan to breastfeed but someone just asked if it is safe for the baby with the medications that I am on for CAH.  I am currently on Hydrocortisone and Florinef. 

Anyone out there who has had this situation?  The baby will be a carrier of CAH because my husband is unaffected.
