Congratulations! Yes, you can breast feed. I have SW-CAH and take dexamethasone, florinef and synthroid. I breast all 4 of my children for at least 4 months (10 months, 13 months, 4 months and 10 months).

The nurses on the maternity ward questioned breastfeeding with the meds but the endo and ob gave it the ok as well as my pediatrician.
