My daughter is eight. she knows that she had surgery on her tear ducts and her vagina when she was "little bitty" before I had her. (she was adopted) She knows this because she said something like, "I’m glad I never had any surgery."

She asked where. I told her. If she had wanted to know any more, she would have asked.

I think knowing that she can ask me anything is my most important mommy job right now.

Being her mommy is the best job I ever had.

What’s all this about dialation? I still have much to learn.
