hey Elaine OR ANY OTHER ADULT WITH CAH.

don’t worry about writing in all caps to me because I understand that many don’t spend the time on the computer and sometimes switching to lower case and back becomes frustrating you’re not yelling as some might point out and I understand that typing is the least of it as with CAH we see past many things geeez say if someone is one a library computer or they seldom use their kids computer but really want to put someone here and it is easy to type in all caps? or having arthritis makes it harder to switch back an forth  I don’t judge because I remember how frustrating it is to type something when one doesn’t have all the experience in the world.  If anything you probly wrote this with tears .  The pain that came from your words was clear and I look to everyone older for clues with how to help with my CAH plus I look toward the younger generation for clues to handle CAH better if at all but I sometimes see the same issues pop up.

Planning Ahead,

The info about the cortisone pump is awesome and may of helped with some issues that I had during the teenage years.
