My daughter started off on 4 Florinef pills a day, she is now on 1/2 a pill a day. I will give her another dose if it is very hot, like today 103. My endo said florinef is one of those pills that as you get older you will need less of. Before we went from 1 pill to 1/2 pill, her blood pressure would be so high. It has been great since we swithed, also, her temper is alot better.
