My  daughter swcah is on the liquid compound hydrocortisone and she does very well with it. There are pros and cons to using it verses the tablet. At one time there was a batch of the compound that was good and caused a lot of fear about it. I was told by the national institute of health that the tablets are better and more accurate. I have not changed meds for my daughter because she is doing so well with what she is taking. The trick is SHAKING it REALLY GOOD so the compound can be mixed and not settled in the bottom of the bottle. This is the negative on it. It works for some and others doubt about it working as well as the tablet. Hope this helps Cherry
