I also have a SWCAH child that never seems to grow. He will be 2 on September 10th, and he weighs only 18 lbs., and is very short for his age also.  His endo has never mentioned the possibility of his possibly having to take growth hormone.  He has had his bone growth checked once and it was a little "under advanced", so I assumed that he would probably start growing eventually....I’m still waiting on that growth spurt.
