My daughter is 6 and has not had any surgery either. She has on rare occasions said that her clitoris hurts. Sometimes it is with engorgment and sometimes it is not. It usually only lasts a few minutes and then she is fine. It is worrisome sometimes but she seems to handle it well. Julia
