My 19 mo dd was put on the liquid at birth...at 3 weeks old, she was admitted for adrenal crisis and they told us it was because of the liquid. She has been on the pills ever since. The pills are very simple...we never cut anything. We have 10 cc oral syringes, either use 2 5mg or 1 10mg and fill it with 10ml of water....and then just give the desired amount. We just make sure we shake it good before giving it to her, you can see if it’s mixed well or not. I like the better reliability of the pill. After having her go into crisis, I wouldn’t try the liquid again.
