We live in Richmond.  My daughter is 18 and has mild salt wasting CAH.  Her endo is Dr. Deidre Tyson and,  although she did not require surgery, she was seen by Dr. Boyd Winslow, a urologist, a few years back to be sure everything was as it should be prior to her starting her menstrual cycles.  We do like Dr. Tyson and would recommend her to anyone looking for a good endo in the Richmond area.  Since we have been dealing with CAH issues for quite a while, I would be happy to answer any questions or just to talk.
