Yes, I have headaches for 10 years (probably when I really became adrenally insufficient).  I was on birth control pills since I was 16yrs old and I think that medication helped me deal with my adrenal insufficiency until I stopped taking them 10yrs ago after my husband had a vasectomy.   Thats when all these other issues started surfacing.  I’m getting labs done Wed so depending on those results the doc may increase my Dex and/or put me on Yasmin.

Besides the negative cloud you felt when you were on Dex, why are you changing to Cortef?
