Difficult blood draws!

Hey~ I’m just wondering if any parents have found any good ways to help make their toddler’s blood draws easier?  My little girl has SWCAH and has her blood drawn every 6-8 weeks.  She is 19 months and as she gets older it just becomes more difficult for her and everyone involved.  We usually take Grandma or Daddy along, but it ends up with her screaming the entire time and pulling away so much that 3 of us have to hold her down.  What makes it worse is that they never seem to be able to get blood in less than 3 sticks.  It breaks my heart and I know she is so stressed during these draws.  Distraction, cartoons, holding her just don’t do the trick anymore.  We always take her to Children’s Hospital because we figure they have most experience with kids.  Any ideas or help would be so appreciated!!  Thanks
