not a good idea not to take your meds.  i did that when i was young and woke up in the hosiptal three days later, i came out of a coma.  drinking on a hot days can really cause problems if you have swcah.  one of the first signs of an alcoholic is you can drink more then everyone at the party, take that from someone who knows.
