I had something similar but not similar??? Sorry doesn’t make sense to me either. My 9 yr old SWCAH broke out all over the place which also started on the upper arms. Posted earlier on this site as a mystery rash.  I mean everywhere but in his mouth. They suggested the predisone but didn’t give it to him. We tripled his cortef for 5 days and went to a ped. dermatogist (not spelled correctly).  They did a biopsy and had no clue so they called it a VIRUS as usual. This is the 4th week & he still looks terrible. I’m thinking now that the predisone would of helped and he wouldn’t of been so miserable all this time!!!!!!!!!!!
