I just have to say, that wrapping the child in a sheet is not going to work, and it will just stress her out even more.

Recently our unaffected son, who is 23 months needed to have stitches in his forehead, and they stuck him into this contraption with his arms pinned back in a pillowcase, then they put his arms and legs in restraints in this contraption that had a backboard and then wrapped him in a sheet. He absolutely hated it and fought all the way through it, but it kept him still and safe. Now I can understand having to keep him still during something like this, but not for a simple blood draw.

If you are looking for something a little less stressful, I suggest not going with this particular method.
