Hi, I have read over and over again that for treatment in CAH that 1mg of Dex equals 80mgs of Cortef. 

 Not sure but I think 25 to 30mg of Cortef should actually be a pretty good dose, compared to what I have read, since you have SW CAH.

 and I actually wouldn’t go higher than that if your labs come back silly, I would just divide the doses more. Where there is a will there is a way. (I like Cortef) Take care and good luck.
