I take 25mgs of Hydro/day    I work at night    10mgs  at midnight  and the .112 synthroid at 1 am or so. 10mgs at 7:30 a.m and 5mgs between 2 to 4 pm.  No doctor is perfect and I really think endos are quiet and/ or lack people skills for the particular patient but they do try and endocrinology is "what they do" maybe the endo doesn’t treat your CAH as much because he thinks it is stable?

I give credit to your primary for making a go of it and trying to treat you thyroid trying to give you a little was a good thing but maybe it was to much and seemed like the doc then freaked because of the CAH? treated you with Armour? interesting
