jayneInstead of gatorade what i use to do when i was at school was to carry a salt shaker with me in my pocket. And have a pinch before going out or put into a bottle of water and it is a lot better pick up. Then not only getting the electrolyes plus the sugars and excess potassium which can cause problems especially with blood tests. And to much Gatorade can cause pain inthe kidney area.
Water is the best.
