My youngest son with SWCAH was switched from Cortef to Pednisone as his blood work numbers were not very good at all.  The endo thinks this could be from missing doses of his cortef.  He is 13 and tells us that he has taken all of his meds for the day.  When we count the pills there is more than there should be.  The endo wants to try this med as you only have to take it one a day.

Has anyone noticed and changes when switching to this meds?  My son says that he is having a hard time going to sleep at night and his appetite has decreased.
