 I used to take .75mg of Dex. For about 10 years, when I did start to reduce my dose I had to go SLOOOOW. It took about  3 months to finally get down to an acceptable dose.

 Now on Cortef, there hasn’t been any of the usual spiraling when lowering the doses by 2.5mgs. Dex is soooo potent, that when my dose was manipulated at all, I could really tell the difference. The spiraling was pretty bad when the dex dose was reduced quickly.

 So Caroline, I do hope that things get regulated. It might take a while though. My experience changing over to Cortef was the opposite. My Cortef dose was actually too high and I was feelin’ great. But  my 17ohp was 40ng/dl and now  it’s hard to get my wedding rings off...darn it...sooo got to take it down a notch. My hyper lil buzz is gone, lol.
