Hi Carol. Yes I am on 20mg now, but initially was on 25mg for the study. My first AM 17 ohp without morning dose was 40ng/dl. So I’m thinking that after a while on 20 I will get labs then maybe see if I could make it on 17.5mg. 10-5-2.5.

 the thing I don’t like about Dex is that I feel like it amplified my anger. For example, I was on a happy hyper while taking too much Cortef....lol.  Dex does the opposite to me, I don’t know why....but I do know I don’t like it. Nobody else does either, haha...actually it’s not that funny.....lol anyway.

 Now if I’m ever in a pinch and I have to take it, of course I will, especially if it’s gonna save my life, but I’ll NEVER have another stress dose shot of Dex EVER again. That 4mg shot almost sent me to the loony bin.
