Your daughter is helping not one but two doctors learn about CAH.

She is in service for the condition.

Both need to observe to make sure she looks normal to them.

Your talking and being in the room brings home that this is required of her. I want to be good.  Yes, the doctor is going to look at your vagina doctor knows best and it is his job..... errrrr Ok? Mommy?   back to watching Schooby Doo 

Who is going to saw no to Mommy or the good Doctor?  

If you don’t want this done to her then say that and the doctor can rely on your word for what she looks like and the blood work.

Yeah, I played doctor because of those exams and it didn’t matter what Mom said or that the doctor went on that he was a doctor because hello my cognitive developement and maturity wasn’t advanced enough for those exams.

When the little boys at recess would try to pull my plaid skirt up....wasn’t anthing special because I’ve had that done countless times from the doctor wanting to to make sure everything was normal ..his normal, their curiosity with Mommy in the room. Having a training bra pulled up by a boy during the first girl/boy party is nothing becuase you’ve been having that done for awhile anyway by the older men in white coats and nothing is special anymore.
