I am confused. I thought I read one of the adults on here saying they take Cortef. I thought Cortef was only used for children, then after puberty or during, they switch up to pred. or dex.

My other question is, why do they switch it to pred. or dex when they get older? What is it that the body needs or doesn’t need when they mature? Why can’t Cortef continue to work in adults, or does it and I am just confused. Which I think I am at this point. Where is Carol? Carooolll, HELP! Anyone?
