today i feel like total crap! i’m afraid to start this switch again. should i wait a few days of taking dex again before starting to take 50mg/day? give my body a bit of a break? i’m tired, lightheaded, all my muscles are sore as hell, i’m drepressed, i have a deadly headaches, i’m lethargic, argh!

today i took my 1/4 tab in the am, and took my .5tab and 0.1mg tab of florinef tonight. is it ok to go back to hydro but do 20-10-20 this time? if it’s not ok, how long should i stay back on dex for... 1 week? i only have 20mg tabs so i can’t 8th them they’ll crumble. i can go to my GP and ask for 10mg tabs instead?

thank you sooooooooooo much for all your help. Looks like i’ll go about this myself, with your help and my GP’s cooperation, he’s a good guy. he does whatever i tell him :-)

p.s how often do you go for bloodwork when switching and reducing?
