If she’s 5’ 3" and 150-160lbs i don’t think she should ever be on dex. I’m fighting hard to get off of it. I’m 5’ and 265lbs, last time i was 150lbs was when i was 5 yrs old...yikes!

a friend of mine in findland is also 29yrs old was switched over to hydrocortisone 2 yrs ago and gained 40lbs in 8 weeks! poor thing... she doesn’t need to be on prednisone (my faced swelled right up and i looked like a moon on that stuff) or dex, i’ve been over 200lbs all my life.  Looking forward to getting the weight off once off dex. you’re doing wonderfully and so is your daughter!
