MHi there, thanks. Yes I do drink a fair amount of water, I work out at least 4 days a week or more. I’ve been able to sweat a lot better than I did on Dex, which I actually like.
I don’t really care too much for salt and never salt my food on my plate. I usually cook my own food, no premade stuff and no microwave stuff ever. I really don’t know why I have much weight on me anyway because I don’t eat that much, even my hubby has mentioned that I don’t eat that much.
I dunno, I just feel like my life is one big puzzle and I don’t know how to put the pieces together to feel content. I keep trying though :o)
