maybe you should ask her doctor about uping her meds.  i would say no about uping her cortisone, too much, can cause many problems in her older years.  can she drink water in the class room?  how i stay cool these days is by eating rock salt and water.  she has to have something salty with the water or it will not do any good.  the florinef might work if you up that, but please check with your doctor. i live in the high desert of ca. at the gate way to death vally, so it gets real hot here.  when it gets into the 120’s here i take an extra 1/2 of dose of florinef.  the florinef is what helps us keep our salt and water balance, when we get too hot the salt gets unbalance and make us very slow and tired.  hope this help you some.
