It also seems like there is quite a difference symptomatically between CAH and LOCAH. Would that be because different mutations are involved? It seems like, at relatively low levels of 17 ohp, LOCAH patients have many complaints about hirsutism, fatigue, etc., that don’t seem to be an issue for CAH patients at the same levels. At least, from reading these message boards, that’s the impression I get.
