a friend of mine has SWCAH she’s in finland, same age as me, 29, she’s on .375mg dex every other day (3x week) and she says she feels great!

another thing? my endos have always told me to take 1/2 tablet in am and whole tablet + florinef in pm. then it was 1/4 tablet in am and whole in pm...now i’m weaning down to 1 1/8th tablet. i’ve decided to just take my 1 1/8th (.563mg)dex + florinef all at once in am. i’ve been feeling a little light headed during the day now, no dizzyness or vertigo, and no heart palpitations. no headaches either. is it ok to take my dex in the am instead of before bed?
