My oldest has LOCAH and 2yrs ago when she was just starting her freshman year of high school (15yrs old) our endo put her on 30mg of Cortef plus 1.5 pills of Florinef.  She gain 30lbs that year, became very depressed and developed terrible ovarian cysts (PCOS) that Vicodin could not even help.  Our endo insisted depression & cysts were not connected to LOCAH.  Thats when I found CARES Foundation and some truth!!  After a year of studying, reading all  these messages and finally going out to NIH, Rachel is totally off all steriods!!!  She was severly over suppressed!!
