Dex is quite potent and I am sure you are right, it can linger in the system for a lot longer than other glucocorticoids.  I guess this is why some people can dose every other day but don’t think this is a practice often used.  I think a smaller dose daily would be more consistant and give better overall control but once again everyone is different, so what suits one person may not suit another!
