my name is natasha i have a 13 year old son with cah at the age of 10  his bones started to fuse so his endo dr put him on lupron shots every 4 weeks but they never told us about  growth hormones . all said and done the lupron did not help his bones fused and he has stopped growing at 5 ft 3  he is spose to be 6’1 he is having a very hard time with all of this the only other option the dr said there was is surgery on his knees to help him get a few more inches in hieght ’’’ this is all alot on him and me he wants the hieght but since he stopped growing during the biggest growing spurt a teenager can have he has gained weight alot of weght and super fast the dr said until he loses it he cannot have the procedure . ive never known of any sites with support for cah all these years ive even asked the dr if there was any familys i could meet with in the clinic and they never really answered me too bad ive been doeing this since he was one month old on my owne its been very hard  so any advice would be greatly apriciated my email is down_4_you92057@yahoo.com  if u cant reach me here ..
