I’ve had my fair share of doctors tell me that I meant Hypo and not Hyper ( lol - Like I don’t know my birth defect) .   The Hyperplasia part of the adrenal hyperplasia comes from the thickening of the adrenal gland and was felt to be better term than adrenal genital syndrome. 

I think same treatment but different causes?
