From my experience with allergies, I would say that when a reaction is around the mouth, it is usually caused by something that has gone into the mouth. In this case, that could be a food or the antibiotic. My guess is a food. When my daughter had reactions to antibiotics, she had a rash all over her body, but she will sometimes have lip swelling due to foods. Hope this helps.
