Hi Pat!! I asked this question  a few weeks ago. I have a 7 week old little girl who has SWCAH and I too was told to get her a medical alert bracelet. I finally found one that was really cute on ebay. I still had to get it fixed cause the infant one was too big for her little wrist. Anyways there are a LOT of really cute bracelets out there. Google come up with a lot of cool links.

This is what I was told to put on her bracelet.

Adrenal Insufficient, Cortisol Dependent, Salt Waster

 

But being that the bracelet that I have for my baby is so tiny I was only able to fit Adrenal Insufficiency.
