my son used to vomit when he was untreated for swcah. do u give him florinef? saltwasters vomit and do not gain wait, if they are untreated. Even after diagnosis, my son too had vomiting sensation while eating when he was a toddler but rarely vomited unless he had an upset stomach. Also we don’t know when his tummy is full or things which make them fill vomit. Even now at the age of 5 he has vomiting sensation if he tries to eat onion. But that’s different from really vomitng. Reflux can be one of the causes, which according to our endo automatically goes away as the child grows. In fact uptill the age of  3  months, I gave my son anti reflux syrup twice a day. Have u got his sodium & Potassium level checked?
