I have a question about your son.  I wanted to know if he cries alot for no reason.  I am asking because my son who also had swcah use to cry all the time and had all the same things that your son is going thru and I also didn’t know why.  I can go into more details if you would like to e-mail me.  This can be something serious if not taken care of.
