My 3 kids as well as myself have LOCAH, so we don’t have the exactly same symptoms, but please know that I have read TONS of messages on this board about females’ genitals that are enlarged.  You are not alone!!!  My oldest daughter’s clitoris is on the large side, and I have always told her that it will be a blessing when she is married!!! LOL!!!

Private parts are called "private" because they are to be kept private, but not when it comes to medical & health concerns!!  Talk, talk, talk, and keep asking questions.

Try and talk about this with your gyn and/or endo because this is a common problem or blessing depending on your view with CAH females!!!
