MHi, both of my parents were/are. All 6 of my maternal grandmother’s kids have/had depression and personality disorders. (one passed away in her 50’s)
On my Dad’s side, he and one sister showed signs of depression but were not ever dxed, was worse as they got older. Out of the 3 sibling they are the ones I suspect were carriers or had locah. I say were because they both died, one age 50 the other age 52. The surviving sis has never been hairy or had problems with depression.
Yeah I probably could go on and on! I read this quote somewhere. Mental illness lights up my family tree like it’s Christmas! Something to that effect anyway.
